Thank you for your interest in the Emerge Summer Career and Leadership Program!

The Emerge Program is a paid 8- or 10-week summer internship and personalized leadership development program for rising sophomores and juniors in college. As an Emerge Intern, you will work Monday through Thursday at our career partner site.  On Fridays, you will participate in career and leadership training growth labs. Through partnerships, Emerge Interns are placed in various industries. Each Emerge Intern will receive a stipend for the summer and access to a career coach and leaders in their industry. Please note some internships might be virtual, in-person, or hybrid depending on the role.
