If you are a rising high school junior and would like to receive information about the application process including Open House sessions, support workshops and tips on how to navigate the Chicago Scholars application process please complete this form.

If you are a rising high school freshman or sophomore, we love your initiative and encourage you to continue challenging yourself academically and being involved in your community. Due to your grade level, at this time, you would not be eligible to apply however we welcome to complete the form as well as you will to be added to our emailing list for your respective class year.
